TXcel Education was founded by Dr Mathew Pfeiffer in 2021 with the aim of providing teachers with a formative and  confidential professional development tool that is grounded in strong theory and empirical research.

​Mathew is a member of the Australian Psychological Society (APS) and a registered clinical psychologist who completed a PhD investigating the educational factors that contribute to healthy psychological development in teenagers. With 10+ years professional experience working alongside children, teenagers and adults in educational, corporate and government settings, Mathew is both a passionate researcher and clinician.

Having worked with 20+ schools around Australia, TXcel Education provides a flexible service that caters to the unique needs of each school they work with.
